At Juri, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
RETURNS
- Accepted only if the item is defective or different from description.
- Must notify us with photo/video proof within 7 days of delivery.
- Item must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- We cover repair/replacement costs, including return shipping.
- Not accepted for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect sizing.
To initiate a return, please contact us at juri@jurijewelry.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
EXCHANGES
- Size adjustments available if the piece does not match the listed size.
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Remakes may take 4–6 weeks due to handmade production.
- If the correct size was shipped but does not fit, remake/restocking and shipping fees apply.
Non-Returnable Items
- For hygiene and custom reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following:
- Custom designs, engraved pieces, made-to-order, or personalized pieces
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Items altered, worn, or damaged after delivery
- Gemstones: All gemstone purchases are final and non-refundable. This is to prevent the possibility of a stone being replaced or switched after purchase. Some gemstones will be accompanied by certification (noted per item), while others are carefully sourced through our most trusted partners.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund.
