At Juri, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Include all original packaging, tags, and certificates (if any)
  • Not be a custom, engraved, or made-to-order piece

To initiate a return, please contact us at juri@jurijewelry.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size, style, or product, please reach out within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or engraved pieces
  • Gift cards
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund.
